Zenabu is forty years old. She is married and has given birth to four children, all of whom are in school. She lives with her children and husband in a rented apartment in a busy commercial town called Ejura in the Ashanti region of Ghana. She works to help her husband provide for the family financially. She is a trader. Zenabu trades in cola nuts. She procures bags of cola nuts (seed pods from African evergreen trees) from nearby communities and sells at the local market. She also supplies other retailers. Zenabu has been in business for over fifteen years and wants a loan to procure cola nuts in bulk. She is hopeful of giving her children the best education she can afford.
