She is an illiterate due to poverty. Gayduo and her family live in Ziggida Town, a small town close to Zorzor, a district in Lofa county, northern Liberia.

Gayduo’s business is the sale of palm oil. She buys palm oil wholesale from farmers and sells retail on a table in bottles to residents of Ziggida town. She has been running this business for 3 years and is hoping to expand to selling wholesale. Gayduo sells quality palm oil and treats her customers in a good way in order encourage them to continue buying from her.

During the Liberian civil crisis, Gayduo and her husband lost everything they had, but after the war ended she decided to get into business and started selling prepared food, but in late 2006 she started selling palm oil which is better than other businesses she was in. The sale of palm oil is the only means of financial support for Gayduo and her family.

Gayduo needs this loan in order to purchase more palm oil wholesale to acquire more profit to improve business. She dreams of educating her children, continuing her education , and improving their living conditions.
