The Alcom Jehova Jireh are a very unified and punctual with repayments group, which is clearly demonstrated in their credit history. Yolanda is the group president. She has three children who, thanks to her efforts, are all now independent despite her being separated from her husband for 16 years. She began her business as a result of a health problem; she was diagnosed with diabetes and osteoporosis for which they recommended she take "natural" products. She began taking them and soon noticed several changes. Her family and friends noticed them, too. This is where she realized the benefits of these kinds of products.
Now, she is happy with her work because she was able to improve her house's infrastructure and help her children. She is an independent distributor, both at the local and at the provincial level. She chairs meetings, called the "nutrition club", in her home.
With the loan she intends to buy various "natural" products with which to better fill her orders but, above all, her main goal is to "improve others' health". This is the reason she encourages her teammates to get involved in this kind of business since she knows that, with perseverance, one can reach each and every objective and goal.

This is a Group Loan

In a group loan, each member of the group receives an individual loan but is part of a larger group of individuals. The group is there to provide support to the members and to provide a system of peer pressure, but groups may or may not be formally bound by a group guarantee. In cases where there is a group guarantee, members of the group are responsible for paying back the loans of their fellow group members in the case of delinquency or default.

Kiva's Field Partners typically feature one borrower from a group. The loan description, sector, and other attributes for a group loan profile are determined by the featured borrower's loan. The other members of the group are not required to use their loans for the same purpose.
