Nineteen people who live in Trea village in Kandal province are made up the village bank and they will use the loan which they obtained in different purposes. Mrs. Sokhom C. is a village bank president who has been selected by the members. She is a farmer who owns 0.8-hectar to cultivate rice to earn for a living. In this farming, she now has a problem because her field is infertile soil so it is affected o the crop. To deal with this problem, Mrs. Sokhom C. decided to ask for a loan to buy more fertilizers to support the field to make her crop more productive. Her husband, Mr. Thaong Samon, is a teacher who can make a small income to support the family. Mrs. Sokhom C. is 48 years old and the mother of three children two of whom are employed in a garment factory while the other is attending the local school. All the members are presented in the picture but some of them are block.
