Fiona M. is 24 years old and is married with two children. The first is two years old and the second is eight months of age. Fiona lives in the Gasabo district of Kigali, the capital of Rwanda.
Fiona owns a small shop which has sold different kinds of products since 2008. She employs one person in her business which she operates every day from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Before starting this business she was a housewife and was not able to provide all her family’s needs.
With this loan, Fiona plans to expand her business which, through the increased profits, will help her to change the life of her family.
