Raelonda C. is from the village of Waterfall in Balingasag, Misamis Oriental. She is 32 years old. Raelonda is married and has 2 school-aged children. To make a living, Raelonda sells a variety of daily-use products in the local community. Raelonda has been engaged in her business for over 2 years and earns approximately 2,000 PHP a month from these activities.
In 2006, Raelonda joined HSPFI to gain access to financial services to help improve her living situation and ability to engage in business activities. Raelonda has successfully repaid a previous loan of 15,000 PHP from HSPFI. Raelonda is requesting same amount of 15000 PHP which will be used to purchase new items to expand her product offering. This will be Raelonda's sixth loan from HSPFI. She plans to use the additional revenue generated from the business to educate her children.
