El señor Félix Rubén M. habita en el Km. 10 ½ Carretera a Masaya junto a su esposa e hijos, la esposa trabaja como conserje en el colegio San Antonio Sur, para apoyarle con los gastos del hogar, don Félix M. desde hace 15 años es docente del mismo colegio imparte clases a niños de primaria por las mañanas y por las tardes es profesor de educación física del mismo colegio. El esta contento ya que tiene cinco ciclos trabajando con la institución ya que los interés son bajos y le apoyan al sector educación, su sueldo no le ajusta para poder mejorar su vivienda de una solo vez, él se siente casi realizado ya que gran parte de su casa esta casi termina, con esta aprobación va a comprar el piso y parte del techo. Agradece ala institución por su buena confianza que le dan a los clientes que son muchas las familias que se benefician con estos préstamos.
