She earns an income of approximately US $1.70 per day. Her husband is a teacher in a local school in the village, and he spends his time away from teaching by charging batteries with a generator that he owns. He is able to earn an income of US $7.50 per day as a primary source of income for the family. The family is also assisted by the two children who are now growing crops and involved in a local bakery shop. These businesses have made the standard of living for the family improve. Therefore, C. is asking for a loan of US $1200 to purchase a bakery machine and a motorbike. By doing so, the family will have a new business and cut down expenses on public transportation.
