Rabeh's story

Rabeh is a 22-year-old single Syrian refugee who fled from his hometown in Syria in 2014 to improve his family's and his own living conditions, seeking a peaceful living. Five months ago, he got employed in a restaurant with a limited monthly salary. He is acquiring a Syrian refugee loan product from Kiva's field partner Al Majmoua to send money to his family in Syria to help them in covering their daily living expenses. He is a second-time borrower from Al Majmoua, and he proved to be a person in good standing.

He invested his previous loan in paying necessary personal expenses. Rabeh wishes to continue working in his current domain and develop his talents.
