A loan of $5,125 helps a member to buy canned goods wholesale.

Los Angeles Group's story

The "Los Angeles" communal bank will begin its first loan cycle with ProMujer as part of the Villa Copacabana regional center. It is composed of eight members and is led by a board of directors where Señora Ivonne is the president.

The loan that they will take out will benefit these micro-entrepreneurs, of whom Señora Ivonne is one. She now has a neighborhood store business. She lets it be known that she learned this business on her own initiative a number of years ago.

The loan that she will take out now will be to increase her capital to buy canned goods wholesale, which she will acquire from the wholesale vendors of the city of La Paz and afterwards will commercialize in her sales space. This form of work allows her to generate resources to support her family economically, since she is single and independent.

In this group: Ivonne, Claudia Andrea, Cynthia , Daniela Diana, Rossi Alejandra, Angela, Christian Bors, Monica Gabriela
