A loan of $1,500 helps a member to restock auto spare parts.

Synthetic Group's story

Kudzai smiles from behind the cash register in her auto spare parts store. This is a very different picture from her life two years ago before she started her business. Now things have changed for the better. She enjoys learning through practice and appreciates the fact that managing her own shop allows her to be her own boss and make her own business decisions.

She operates her auto spare parts shop in Macheke, a town located a few kilometers from the capital city. She is a 23 year old mother of one. She started the business after she noticed that there were only a few spares parts retailers in her small town. Her business has been growing steadily and now she wishes to improve it.

Needing financial assistance, she joined forces with her hardworking friends in her community to access a group loan. Kudzai used her loan to restock more auto spare parts so as to meet the ever increasing customer demands.
