A loan of $750 helps a member to restock groceries and vegetables in bulk for her stall so she can be able to fully supply her customers.

Bless It Up Group's story

Locating a business needs a strategic plan and Tsitsi has been able to identify a place for buying and selling groceries as well as fruits and vegetables. She is a strong business woman who started her business in 2014 and has managed to open a stall in a good location in Kuwadzana Extension where she resides. This is the only stall located in her area hence she is able to attain more clients.

Tsitsi’s husband is unemployed and she has been the sole income earner of the house - she provides for the family and ensures her child goes to school. Her business has been bringing in small returns due to challenges affecting the economy, which includeshould a cash crisis and many other setbacks. Nevertheless, she got the chance to find out about Thrive and she quickly informed her friends who are also operating small businesses. They formed a group, which they named Bless It Up. These three women have businesses that are likely to expand.

Tsitsi hopes to purchase groceries and vegetables for her stall so she can be able to fully supply her customers.
