Rosas Del Puerto Group's story

The Communal Bank “Rosas del Puerto” is starting its second loan cycle with Pro Mujer as part of the Copacabana Community Center. This group consists of eight members and is led by a Board of Directors in which Sra. Eusebia serves as its president.

This loan will benefit small business owners such as Sra. Eusebia. She currently manages a neighborhood store. Eusebia become knowledgeable about this business after learning the trade on her own several years ago.

The loan she is receiving now will be used to buy canned goods in bulk that she will acquire from wholesale vendors in the city of La Paz. She will then sell her products from her retail space. Working in this manner enables her to generate the income needed to support her family. Eusebia is married and has three children.
