A loan of $1,725 helped to buy more fabric for her retail business.

Bubirajab's story

Bubirajab is 58 years old, divorced, and has six children. For more than 26 years, Bubirajab has been engaged in the business of selling fabrics for national dresses. She gets up early to prepare breakfast for her children and afterward she is busy selling her merchandise until night.

She works hard. She has regular customers who are seamstresses. From the earnings from her business, she has opened two places where she sells women's clothing.

Bubirajab needs money to buy fabrics to increase the range of her goods. She is very grateful for the support that IMON International, with the help of Kiva, provides for her business. She has plans and hopes for the future and she can realize them with Kiva’s lenders and IMON. She is a repeat client and has a positive credit history. It is her second loan through Kiva’s field partner IMON.

This loan is special because:

It supports the well being of women and their families.
