Emilia is sixty-five years old. She is widowed and has given birth to eight children: four sons and four daughters. All of her children are out of school. Emilia says she works very hard to be able to provide for her family. She lives with some of her children in a rented apartment in Dunkwa in the Central Region of Ghana.
Emilia is a trader and runs a provision store in her community. She has been in business for four years now. She buys her goods from Kumasi and wants a loan to buy goods in bulk to expand her business.
