A loan of $375 helped to purchase a sprayer, 10 of Ridomil, and 1 of Lamuta Gold for his cacao crop.

Jean Baptiste's story

JEAN BAPTISTE is a 45-year-old man who is married and the father of five. After primary school, he decided to commit himself to the cacao field inherited from his father. Thanks to this field, he manages to meet family needs. So he puts all of his time and energy into maintaining it.

His dream is to have better production. For this, he needs maintenance products on time in order to avoid insects and plant diseases, as well as to clear the land. For these reasons, he is requesting this loan, with which he will be able to pay for a UN sprayer and other plant care products, thus avoiding loan sharks who often take a good part of his production.

The money from his sales will let him expand his plantation, cover his children’s schooling costs, and meet family needs.
