A loan of $475 helped to purchase fertilizers and fungicides for his cacao field and produce a good harvest in order to build a house and improve his family's living conditions.

Gildas Paulin's story

Gildas Paulin is a young man, 22 years old, who is unmarried and without children. He has been living in a local village for a few years. After his secondary education, he became specialized in growing cacao. He manages a 2-hectare plantation inherited from his parents that has been producing for twenty years. Thanks to this business, he is able to meet family needs.

At this time of year, he has difficulties maintaining his cacao field due to a lack of financial liquidity. Such a field requires a lot of care in hopes of producing well over a fixed span of time. For this reason, he is requesting this loan to pay for fungicides. The money from his sales will enable him to build a house and improve his family's living conditions.
