A loan of $475 helped to pay for inputs (fungicides, insecticide and herbicide).

Michel Landry's story

Michel is a 40 year old married man and the father of two children who go to school. He has lived in a village for years with his family and he farms. He specializes in growing cocoa and thanks to this he supports his family's needs. He would like to maintain his plantation better this year to have good production. So he is requesting a loan which would allow him to buy maintenance products (fungicides and herbicides) on time to improve his production. The money from selling his cocoa will allow him to buy a motorcycle, improve his family's living conditions and expand his plantation.
