David's story

David is a 49-year-old man with 7 children residing in Kasese, Uganda. He operates a retail shop for general merchandise such as sugar, flour, soap and so much more. He started this business in 2000 with the aim of increasing his household income. He also earns income from coffee farming. However, he is challenged by stiff competition as well as unreliable power supply.

David’s dream is to own a bigger shop with more stock than this and that is the reason as to why he is requesting for a loan facility to buy more sugar, salt, soap and beverages to sell.
