A loan of $600 helped to buy and sell livestock.

Bahromjon's story

Bahromjon is a middle-aged man aged 38. He is married and has 2 children. His family consists of 4 people. Bahromjon is the breadwinner of his family and, in order to provide for them, he must work every day. As he lives in a rural community, his business is livestock which he has been working with since his youth. Bahromjon started with three head of small livestock and was able to incrementally increase to six head of small livestock and cattle. His business is the only stable source of income for his family. Now, because of the fall in prices, he is not able to sell his livestock without losing profit. Bahromjon has applied to our organization for support and hopes to receive a loan. With the money he receives, Bahromjon wants to buy a cow.
