Mastora is the group leader of the Mastora Group. There are four members in this group. Each would like to expand his/her business.

Mastora is a tailor. She has been interested in tailoring since she was a child. When she was young, she decided to work as a tailor. Now she has a good number of clients, so she wants to add to the number of her clients by purchasing a new sewing machine and the other required materials of tailoring.

Aziza and Monyra would like to have a loan to complete their business requirements. Rohalah is a taxi driver. He has worked as a driver for more than 10 years. He needs to buy a new machine for his taxi to work better and to increase his income.

They have requested a group loan of 40,000 Afghani. They all want to send many thanks to Kiva lenders.

The group is there to provide support to the members and to provide a system of peer pressure, but groups may or may not be formally bound by a group guarantee. In cases where there is a group guarantee, members of the group are responsible for paying back the loans of their fellow group members in the case of delinquency or default.
