Chhun V. is a young married man age 29, and he and his wife have one lovely young child. Chhun V. uses his own motorcycle to run a taxi service, picking up tourists who want to visit Angkor Wat Temple, or anywhere else in town. Besides the taxi business, he also helps his wife with a home business selling and renting CDs, VCDs, and media players. Almost all of their customers are people who live near their house. Chhun V. would like to operate his taxi service at the airport but he is required to pay a service fee. Therefore he would like a loan to help pay the airport service fee so he can find customers at the airport which will help him attract more tourists and earn extra income.
