Dandy works as a taxi driver. He operates a public service vehicle in the city of La Paz. The loan will be used to replace the engine in his taxi, since it has begun to fail mechanically from constant use. This is the third loan with Impro. The evaluation carried out qualifies Impro to offer him the requested loan.
