Lucy is married and has one child. She operates a printing business in the downtown part of Nairobi, in a thriving small-business center. The printing business is highly fragmented, comprised of both big and small players. Lucy's business involves typesetting, printing and filling ink cartridges. Most of her business comes from printing exams for private schools. Due to the increased number of schools, business is doing well, and Lucy has requested a loan of Ksh. 50,000 to buy another printing machine. She would like to relocate to another part of the city, to be closer to her clientele.
