Josephine G. is from the village of Panta-on, Ozamiz City. She is 42 years old. Josephine is married and has six school-aged children. To make a living, Josephine owns & operates a business planting & harvesting corn and bananas for sale. Josephine has been engaged in her business for over eight years and earns approximately 4000 PHP a month for these activities.
In 2008, Josephine joined GDMPC to gain access to financial services to help improve her living situation and ability to engage in business activities. Josephine has successfully repaid a previous loan of 5000 PHP from GDMPC. Josephine is requesting a new loan of 8000 PHP, which will be used to purchase additional seeds, seedlings & young crops to raise. This loan will be the second loan taken out by Josephine from GDMPC.
