Viola K. is the leader of Suubilyamukama group in Lugazi. She is a married mother of 3 children ages 1-4 and she cares for 3 orphans. Viola is a fish monger who started with silverfish but 2 years ago started dealing in dried fish and as a result, she was able to make more money. She says that she is able to earn a profit of 160,000 UGX a month because of the quality of her fish, and also she provides good customer care. She hopes to use her savings in the future to build a house for her family, as well as expand her business further. Viola will use the loan to buy more fish for resale.
