Years ago, Chuong was a local doctor; now retired she still provides health services in her village. Chuong had been engaged in this work for over 25 years. From this activity, Chuong earns approximateL. 8,000 riel about US$ 2 a day. She is aided by her two children who are construction workers.

Chuong joined CREDIT MFI to gain access to financial services to help improve her living situation and ability to engage in business activities. Chuong is requesting for the first time a loan from CREDIT. She is now requesting a loan of US$ 400. The current loan will be used to purchase a motorbike for her sons for commuting to work.
