Shirley Anabel
Shirley Anabel H. C. is 18 years old and lives at home with her mother and two younger sisters. Her father passed away 3 years ago and since then it is practically her that takes care of the chicharroneria (a place where they serve plates of pork that are served fried in a large frying pan, traditional of Cochabamba). When her sisters return from school, they help out with the business.

Shirley lives in the area called "El Castillo" in Cochabamba. The chicharroneria is located in their home where they serve food every day, but in larger quantities on Saturday and Sunday. The chicharroneria is famous in the area because it has been around for a very long time and the food has a reputation for good quality.

The loan will be used for the purchase of better kitchen equipment since the current equipment is very old and almost obsolete. With better kitchen equipment, they will be able to increase the amount of pork they sell, increase their earnings, and consequently improve their quality of life. Shirley hopes to be able get another loan in the future to improve the infrastructure of the chicharroneria and be able to give better attention to her customers.

La señorita Shirley Anabel H. C. tiene 18 años y vive en casa con su madre y dos hermanas menores, su padre falleció hace unos 3 años y desde entonces es prácticamente ella la que se hace cargo de la chicharroneria (es un lugar donde sirven de comer un plato de chancho que se sirve frito en una paila, tradicional de Cochabamba). Cuando sus hermanas vuelven de la escuela ayudan con la atención del local.

La señorita Shirley vive en la zona "El Castillo" en Cochabamba, en su domicilio es donde tiene su chicharroneria en la cual vende comida todos los días pero en mayor cantidad lo días sábado y domingo. La chicharroneria es famosa en la zona porque son muchísimos años los que está en funcionamiento y su calidad tiene muy buena reputación.

El préstamo será destinado a la compra de mejor equipo de cocina ya que con el que cuentan en el momento es muy viejo y casi obsoleto, al tener mejor equipo de cocina podrán incrementar la cantidad de chicharron que venden y así poder mejorar sus ingresos y por consecuencia su nivel de vida. La señorita Shirley espera poder acceder a otro préstamo en el futuro para mejorar la infraestructura de su chicharroneria y poder dar una mejor atención a sus clientes.
