A loan of $1,000 helped increase merchandise.

Nancy's story

Nancy is 37. She lives with her husband, daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter in her own house.

She has had a small store, which she set up in a space in her house, for eight months. She sells groceries, basic needs products, and drinks. Nancy works at the store all day. It is going very well for her because it is located is a heavily traveled and busy area. It is important to her to offer her customers good attention so that they come back to shop in her store. On the other hand, she really likes this work because it keeps her active.

In the near future Nancy would like to expand her business and convert it into a mini market where she would sell a great variety of products.

This is her fifth loan with MFP. What pleases her the most about her group is that the people are responsible and hard working.

She will use the money she is asking for to buy more groceries and soft drinks to better stock her store.
