Carlos tiene 33 años, vive con su pareja y madre de sus 3 hijos en su casa propia. Hace 10 años compró un motocarro, desde entonces se dedica al transporte de pasajeros por las distintas zonas de su localidad. Adicionalmente, desde hace 2 años tiene un bote a motor, donde cada fin de semana se dedica a la pesca. Carlos está muy contento con sus actividades porque le permiten mantenerse activo, además de administrar sus ganancias diarias para solventar los gastos de su familia. Para un futuro cercano, Carlos quiere tener un taller de mecánica, pues también es aficionado de esta actividad y la considera muy rentable, especialmente en la reparación de motos y motocarros, que son los vehículos que abundan en su región. Con MFP ya tiene 3 préstamos y a pesar de que algunas veces tiene diferencias con sus compañeros de banco comunal, Carlos permanece con su grupo porque sabe que esas pequeñas discusiones pasan, pero el deseo de progreso de él y de su grupo permanece. Con el dinero que solicita ahora comprará repuestos para mandar a reparar su motocarro, también adquirirá materiales de pesca para implementar su bote.
