In this Group: Ndevera, Bethania
Ndevera is a member of the Muungano borrower group in Msamvu, Morogoro. She is a 36-year-old woman who is married and the mother of four children. Her children are ages 19, 16, 13, and 9.

Ndevera started her own business selling soft drinks four years ago. She works six hours a day and earns a monthly profit of approximately 300,000 Tanzania Schillings.

This is Ndevera’s first loan from BRAC Tanzania. She has requested 250,000 TSH in order to buy more drinks. With the additional profit she gains from the use of this loan, Ndevera hopes to pay school fees, get more food, save money and expand her business.

Bethania, another member of the Muungano borrower group, has also requested 250,000 TSH in order to support her own shop business.
