Kokoè
Born in 1969 in Aklakou, Mrs. Kokoè A. lives with her family in the same village where she has her revenue-generating business selling rice. Married and the mother of two children, she supports three people in addition to her children and plays a big role in the management of her household. In her open-air business, she gets along selling prepared rice that she calls ELEADE, which means that the dish is sweet. Since the open-air setting only allows her to do business during half the day because of the hot sun, she has decided to construct a shelter for her small restaurant in order to attract more clientele. The rest of the money requested will allow her to stock up on rice and other ingredients. For this purpose, she is asking for $900 to fit out her workplace and to improve the quality of life in her home.
