The smiling face in the accompanying photograph is Mrs. Chhun Y., who is 51 years old. She currently owns a farm that she bought four years ago where she plants different kinds of crops. She is a single mother blessed with five children. Most of her children work in various occupations and they also provide their income to be responsible for their familing. Because Chhun Y.’s farm is far from a watering system, she has decided to seek a loan to buy a pumping machine for irrigation.
