Clemente Orlando T. E. tiene 53 años. Su actividad económica es un taller de soldadura. Hace más de 20 años que se dedica a este negocio. Sus inicios fueron muy duros ya que esta actividad, requiere de mucho trabajo, pero Clemente es un hombre que a pesar de su edad ha dedicado su vida, al trabajo desde muy joven. Por lo que sus padres eran muy pobres y no pudieron ofrecerle educación superior. Pero esto no fue impedimento para que Clemente saliera delante. Es destino del financiamiento es para capital de trabajo para la compra de herramientas entre otros. Su mayor sueño es obtener más clientes para proporcionar comodidad a su familia.
