Mrs. Naov S. is the village bank president, and was selected by the members. She sells fish at the local market. Her husband, Mr. Sab Van H., is a fisherman. He is facing a challenge with his fishing, because he does not have enough materials to support his work. Thus, Mrs. Naov S. decided to ask for a loan to purchase fishnets for her husband’s work.

She is a 48 year old mother of eight children, two of whom are employed in a garment factory while the other two are fishermen, one stays at home to do housework, and the others are enrolled in the local school.
