Kellen's story

Kellen is a hardworking, married woman who runs a retail shop in Kamwenge, Uganda. She earns supplementary income from a monthly salary, and this enables her to earn and look after her family. Her customers are mainly the school-going children.

Kellen is a highly developing entrepreneur and her current vision is to expand her business and construct a permanent house, but she says that it has been so challenging since she lacks enough capital. Besides, prices for some items are high yet her capital is not enough.
