Mansour
Mansour is 61 years old and lives with his wife and three children in Saida, southern Lebanon. Mansour has been working as a fisherman since 1970. He requested a loan of $1000 USD from Kiva partner, Al Majmoua, in order to purchase a fishing net and do some maintenance work on his boat. This is the first time that Mansour has requested a loan.

Mansour enjoys his work. When he first started his business, he didn’t have a lot of cash. He set up as a fisherman because he learnt the skill when he was young and therefore had lots of experience. In the future, he plans on improving his business.
