El joven Juan Carlos García, es contador de una empresa privada desde hace dos año logro ubicarse el cual se siente muy contento ya que con mucho sacrificio pago sus estudios. Tiene 25 años de edad, reside en un bario de la capital de Managua Monseñor Lezcano, su esposa trabaja de mesera en un comedor, tiene una niña de 3 años de edad que cuida su mama para poder laborar y apoyar a su esposo. Con este crédito quiere realizar aumento en un cuarto lo cual comprara materiales de construcción para hacer la obra y poder tener un comienzo.
