Vany Manuel R. C. tiene la edad de 40 años. Es un hombre casado. Tiene 5 hijos a su cargo y con muchos sacrificios todos estudian. La actividad económica es la venta de pescado. Hace más de 20 años que se dedica a este negocio. Sus inicios se dan por que Vany no poseía un trabajo para mantener a su familia, por lo que decide instruirse en el en la pesca artesanal, por lo que no fue nada fácil ya que el no poseía conocimientos de pesca pero el deseo de superación y salir adelante le ayudaron con su trabajo. El financiamiento es destinado para capital de trabajo para la compra de pescado como pargo, curvina, camarones y chuletas entre otras cosas. Su deseo es conseguir un lugar donde pueda ofrecer sus productos.
