Khut N., 37, has been involved in a business selling Khmer noodles (a very common Cambodian food) in the nearby local markets in Battambong province since 2000 with an income of US$ 6. She lives with her husband and her two children. Her husband makes a living by operating a motor taxi with an income of US$ 4 per day.
