Demecio Santiago B. Barrea tiene la edad de 45 años. Tiene 2 hijos a su cargo y todos sus hijos estudian. La actividad económica es brindar el servicio de mecánica. Hace más de 22 años que se dedica a este negocio. Anteriormente se dedicaba a la agricultura pero perdió todo lo que tenia en una mala cosecha, luego sufrió un accidente y tuvo que permanecer hospitalizado para recuperarse por lo que tenia que vender todo lo que tenia para poder pagar los gastos de sus medicamentos, sin embargo Demecio no desistió de seguir luchando por obtener un trabajo fue entonces que empezó a trabajar con su hermano que el enseño todo acerca de mecánica y al notar que este seria un buen negocio decide establecer un taller en su vivienda. El financiamiento que solicita es para capital de trabajo para la compra de repuestos para motos, carros y bicicletas además la compra de más herramientas. El deseo es equipar su taller con todas las herramientas necesarias y los mejores servicios.
