Inicio por sus hermanas ya que anteriormente, ellas se dedicaban al negocio pero ellas fallecieron y Rosa sabia muy bien el manejo de este negocio por lo que decide iniciar vendiendo comida en su vivienda, le fue muy difícil obtener clientes porque la dirección de la casa de Rosa es muy largo, pero esto no fue motivo para desanimarla, aun así Rosa conversa con sus clientes muy alegremente. Su deseo es establecer un restaurante para proporcionarle mas espacio a sus clientes y comodidad.
