Marleny Coaquira Apaza

Marleny belongs to the “Cristo Blanco” Communal Bank in the city of Juliaca, in San Román Province, in the Puno Region of Peru. She is 33 years old, lives with her partner and is a mother of 2 children. She has completed post-secondary studies (in primary school education) and lives in the Tupac Amaru neighbourhood at Nº 604.

She has worked with the Manuela Ramos Movement for 7 years and is a founding member of her communal bank. She started her business with an initial loan of 300 PEN, which she used to purchase electronic devices.

She is now requesting a 1500 PEN loan to invest in her business of buying and selling electronics.

Her greatest wish is to purchase land and to build a house. In the future she would like to buy a car so that she can bring her business to the different markets in the general area.

She likes the savings she makes through her communal bank, and above all, their meetings because she has made new friendships.

La señora Marleny, pertenece al Banco Comunal “Cristo Blanco”, de la ciudad de Juliaca, Provincia de San Román, Departamento de Puno. Tiene 33 años, es conviviente y madre de 02 hijos, tiene estudios de educación superior (Profesora de educaron primaria), vive en el Barrio Tupac Amaru Nº 604.

Trabaja con el movimiento Manuela Ramos desde hace 7 años ella es socia fundadora del Banco Comunal e inicio su trabajo con un préstamo inicial de S/. 300.00, con el cuál compró artefactos.

Actualmente solicita un préstamo de S/. 1500.00 Nuevos soles, para poder invertir en su negocio de compra y venta de artefactos eléctricos.

Su mayor sueño es comprar un terreno y poder construir su casa, luego quiere comprar un carro para que pueda llevar su negocio a diferentes ferias de la zona en general.

A ella le gustan los ahorros, sobre todo las reuniones de su banco comunal ya que ha logrado hacer nuevas amistades.
