O. Nary is twenty-seven years old and a tailor who earns about $2.30 a day. She is married and blessed with a three-month-old child. Her husband is a construction worker who normally earns $4 a day. To improve the family's living situation before her child is old enough for school, she plans to take out a $600 loan from Kiva to buy cows to resell. By doing this, she hopes she will be able to fix her house and save some more money for her family's use in the future.
