The Banco Comunal Jasminez D. Yaureccan is part of the Wari I Project. Its members are from the community of Yureccan, in the District of Locroja, of the Province of Churcampa. The community is located 12,303 feet above sea level. The activities of the community are agricultural, including growing potatoes, barley, beans, and wheat, and also raising livestock.

Maria is a single mother with one 6-year-old daughter. Maria began her business selling dairy products, and now she has a shed where she obtains milk and later produces cheese and butter, products that she sells in the Churcampa fair. Also, she buys and sells grain. With the loan, she will buy more grain. Maria’s dream is to have her own vacation in Pamparaccay, and she is saving for her daughter’s Christmas gifts.

Felicitas is married and has four children. She buys cheese in the fairs and in her community. Afterwards, she sells them in the Churcampa fair, and she also buys and sells small animals. She will use the loan to buy more small animals and cheese. Felicitas’ dreams are to buy a shed to produce dairy products and buy the things that she needs for her home.
