Walter es casado, de 28 años de edad, su esposa Yessenia Cerna Miranda de 23 años, no trabaja fuera, pero en la casa realiza todas las labores y cuida a su hijo de 2 años. El trabaja en la alcaldia de Juigalpa como obrero ayudante de ejecucion y mantenimiento de proyectos desde hace 10 años. Esta solicitando su 2do credito que lo utilizara para la compra de materiales de construccion como zinc, perlines, cemento para embaldozar, comprar puertas y ventanas si el dinero ajusta; el levanto paredes con el credito anterior, pero no fue reportado como Kiva, en eta oportunidad fue favorecido por este organismo y se siente muy contento porque de esta manera dara continuidad a su vivienda hasta el sueño de su vida dar una vivienda digna a su familia.
