The "Reina de la Paz" group is a new group composed of fourteen people, of whom four are men and ten are women. All the members do different things to make a living, such as selling food, gas, or clothes, baking bread, providing public transport and educating children in schools. There is a high level of competition, but the members of the group know how to stay afloat with the sales of their products. However, they need economic support for the low periods during which they need to change products or increase their merchandise, and for this reason they require financing. Despite the fact that the group is newly formed, they have experience of support groups of this kind due to previous financing from instiutions similar to the Agrocapital foundation, who offer support to grow their businesses and improve the quality of life of their families.
El grupo “Reina de la Paz” es un grupo nuevo que esta integrado de catorce personas, de las cuales 4 son hombres y 10 mujeres todos ellos se dedican a diferentes actividades como la venta de comida, gas, ropa, elaboración de pan, servicio de transporte público y a la educación de niños en escuelas. El nivel competitivo es alto pero las socias saben como salir adelante con la venta de sus productos, pero requieren de un apoyo económico para las épocas bajas en las cuales se requiere cambiar de productos o aumentar la mercadería es por esta razón que requieren del financiamiento. A pesar que el grupo es nuevo cuenta con la experiencia de grupos solidarios debido a anteriores financiamientos en instituciones similares a al fundación Agrocapital quien les brinda un apoyo para agrandar sus negocios y a mejora la calida de vida de sus familias.
This is a Group Loan
In a group loan, each member of the group receives an individual loan but is part of a larger group of individuals. The group is there to provide support to the members and to provide a system of peer pressure, but groups may or may not be formally bound by a group guarantee.
