Alfredo is 52 years old and lives alone in his own home. He has three children who live independently. Alfredo has been working as a locksmith for more than 18 years. Within his home, he has a workshop where he builds doors, windows and different kinds of metallic structures upon request. In his free time, he also works as a motorcycle taxi driver. He considers his work as a locksmith quite profitable, since he has a number of regular customers who recommend him to their friends because of his high-quality workmanship. Alfredo's goal for the future is to build a new workshop in a better location that will be more appealing to his clients. This is his second loan from Microfinanzas Prisma. His favorite thing about the village bank he is a member of is that his fellow members are very responsible, communicative people. Alfredo plans to use this loan to buy materials for his locksmith's shop, like iron bars, soldering joints, and other necessary items for his work.
