Para la formación del comité la contacto fue la Señora Elena D., quien vive en la zona del km 7 Monday Presidente Franco. Ella es madre de 7 hijos y se dedica a la venta de verduras. Ella contactó con sus vecinas y amigas para formar el comité en dicha zona.

El comité se denomina “Santa Clara” está constituido por 15 señoras muy activas y solidarias, todas de la misma zona. Todas las integrantes tienen actividades diferentes como ser venta de: ropa, verduras, comidas, joyas, artículos de primera necesidad, cubiertos etc. Todas las señoras retiran un crédito de Gs 300.000.
