Doña Josefa Herlinda C. T. cuenta con 49 años de edad, es casada se dedica a la Artesanía en Confección de Playeras cuenta con un pequeño taller junto a su esposo conjuntamente con sus 4 hijos, la actividad a la que se dedica, lleva 8 años de elaborar y se encuentra en el Paraje Chicha clan municipio y departamento de Totonicapán, Guatemala, actualmente la demanda de su clientela a crecido, pero las condiciones económicas en que se encuentra no son suficientes para que ella pueda aumentar su capital, por tal razón acudió a la Asociación ASDIR, a solicitar un préstamo, con la intención de comprar dos máquinas industriales y así poder facilitar mejor su trabajo y poder cubrir la demanda de sus
Clientes como también poder generar más empleos en su comunidad. Y mejorar sus ingresos y darle a su familia una vida mejor.

ASDIR (Asociación de Desarrollo Integral Rural - Association for the Development of Rural Communities) is a community-based organization that works to promote development in the villages and communities where it serves. It was founded in 1999 in the village of Nimasac, Totonicapán Department, by a handful of local men and women to support community projects and group loans. Today ASDIR has 5 offices across 3 departments (Totonicapán, Sololá and Suchitepéquez) serving more than 6,000 clients, most of them in rural communities.
